STUDY ACCEPTANCE REVIEW

Is this Study delivery ready to be accepted?

For one identified Study, review completeness, consistency and support for specified conclusions to produce a scoped, evidence-backed independent opinion.

First-release focus. Supported Study types, professional methods and release evidence still need to be finalized. The synthetic workflow does not establish live service availability.

01 / IS THIS THE RIGHT REVIEW?

For a clearly defined acceptance decision.

Situations to discuss

You have received a CRO Study delivery and need to understand missing items, consistency with the protocol and amendments, support for specified conclusions, and required remediation.

Work requiring a different scope

For a single report, consider report review. Cross-study evaluation, SEND validation, raw-data recalculation, pathology re-reading and overall IND readiness are not included by default.

02 / WHAT TO PREPARE

Bring the objective and the evidence needed to assess it.

01

Objective & delivery manifest

Study identity, delivery stage, intended use and agreed requirements.

02

Protocol & applicable amendments

Identify versions, sequence, effective information and applicability.

03

Report & supporting evidence

Exact report version, supporting tables, referenced appendices and evidence for key conclusions.

04

Specific requirements & later replies

Identify agreed standards and versions; for revisions, provide itemized replies, revised files and change notes.

Can work begin when materials are missing?

You can collect materials and describe the objective first. Formal review depends on missing-input impact and acceptance conditions. Dependent checks cannot pass; work that cannot meet the engagement must pause or change explicitly.

03 / FROM SCOPE TO OPINION

Clear inputs and responsibilities at every step.

  1. Confirm objective, scope and quote

Agree inclusions, exclusions, readiness conditions, rounds, timing, access and fixed total.

  2. Confirm versions, authorization and appointment

After client confirmation, separately complete acceptance, professional appointment and input baseline freezing.

  3. Review evidence and raise findings

AI and tools assist navigation and checking; professionals assess coverage and omissions and make named judgments.

  4. Replies, revisions and affected-scope rechecks

New versions do not overwrite prior judgments; replies do not automatically resolve issues, and unchanged text may need rechecking.

  5. Quality review and independent opinion delivery

Release the agreed eight-part pack with uncertainties retained; the Sponsor makes an independent acceptance decision.

04 / WHAT YOU RECEIVE

An opinion you can inspect, challenge and follow up.

Acceptance recommendation, findings, revision history and open issues.

Recommendations may be accept, accept with conditions, request revisions or hold. Completing agreed work does not require a favorable outcome, and payment does not guarantee acceptance.

What does the fee include?

The quote identifies the standard service fee and professional work package with a fixed total. Agreed AI, QA, communication and revision review are included, without drawing on general AI credits or client API keys.

What if more scope or revision rounds are needed?

Additional Studies, specialized checks or extra client rounds require advance agreement on scope and fees. XYNX errors, omissions and normal QA do not consume client revision rounds.

What if the client disagrees?

Clients may challenge the opinion with evidence; the reviewer responds and escalates for recheck as needed. Corrections create linked new versions rather than overwriting the original opinion.
