The real first release focuses on one supported Study type, with type and qualification pending confirmation. The six current scenarios are synthetic demonstrations.

From upload to AI answer, every step has a defined location, access scope and record.
Compliance: ISO/IEC 27001 certification, a SOC 2 Type II audit and GDPR certification are in progress; scope and validity will be published once obtained.

Project files are encrypted in Amazon S3 in the AWS region chosen at setup: the US by default, with the EU, Japan, Australia and Singapore available on request. Data never moves because of where someone signs in.
ACCESS MFA · ROLE-BASED
Members read material according to their role and current authorization, with multi-factor authentication for sensitive access. Revoked permissions cannot be reused.
AI OPENAI API · ZDR
AI requests carry only the authorized content they need, under OpenAI Zero Data Retention (ZDR). Customer inputs and outputs are never used for training, fine-tuning or distillation.
SUPPORT APPROVED · TIME-LIMITED
XYNX staff have no standing access to customer content. When troubleshooting requires it, access needs your administrator's approval, is time-limited and expires automatically.
AUDIT USER & AI AUDIT
Sign-ins, permission changes, file access, AI requests and support access record who did what, when, why and to which material. Logs do not copy file content by default.
